Más informaciónThis cuvée is produced from forty-year-old vines cultivated in clay and limestone soils. Harvesting is by hand; vinification is thermoregulated, and uses native yeasts. In order to preserve the freshness of the fruit, the wine is matured for between 12 and 18 months, depending on the quality of the harvest. This cuvée – which, surprisingly, requires a few years' keeping – will seduce you with its delicate fruitiness, floral notes and attractive density.

Domaine de la Bongran is located in the Mâconnais, the most southern part of the Burgundy wine region.
