Más informaciónArnaud Lambert is a benchmark for Chenin from the Saumur region. Having converted to organic and biodynamic viticulture a few years ago, he creates cuvées that fully express the treasures inherent in the different terroirs of his estate, located in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation.
On tasting, a pale gold colour is unveiled in the glass. The nose is intense, with notes of warm apple, quince and a floral touch hinting at acacia. Round on the palate, with a pronounced minerality and subtle freshness. On the finish, acid-forward notes linger on the tongue.
This cuvée should significantly liven up a platter of seafood or goat’s cheese, where the natural acidity will match that typical of Chenin.

★ Bodega asociadaA true nature lover, Arnaud Lambert manages his domain using methods which are extremely respectful of nature. So, he converted his domain to organic agriculture and subsequently to biodynamic agriculture. Arnaud Lambert inherited this domain from his father Yves who created it in 1996. He returned to the domain at the age of 47 to learn the art of wine making and take up the reins.
Today there are 15 hectares of vines in St-Cyr-en-Bourg and 15 hectares in Brézé. Embracing his vintner vocation in 2005, Arnaud Lambert has begun to stand out, producing wines reputed for their finesse, purity, and precision.
