Más informaciónManon is one the Languedoc’s finest white wines. A blend of seven grape varieties, it is very precise and beautifully balanced. The nose offers up intense aromas of white flower and citrus, and the palate is very pleasant with a long finish. The grapes are cultivated on clay and limestone soils and in line with organic and biodynamic principles. In the winery, they are partially de-stemmed and macerated for a long period, with punch-down. The wine is then aged in barriques.
