Sobre la bodega
François Parent took over from his father, who bottled his first vintage in 1955. The domain went on to produce wines sold in the best Michelin-starred restaurants. François Parent also vinifies his wife's wines at A-F Gros. This cuvée was produced until 2006; when the parcel was sold.
Sobre la «cuvée»
Les Rugiens Premier Cru is produced on a terroir that gives structure, strength, colour and perfume (liquorice and violets) to its wines. Once aged, this wine reveals more gamey notes. Out of all of the Pommard premiers crus, it is without a doubt the one with the longest ageing potential.
