The region's grape varieties are all planted: Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan for the reds and for the rosés: Sémillon, Clairette, Rolle, Grenache blanc, Roussanne. The grapes are harvested by hand. Le Mas de la Dame has been farmed for 4 generations, producing olive oil and wine.
Le Vallon des Amants is made up of a majority of Syrah. The cuvée is characterised by its heat and power. On the nose, there are aromas of ripe red fruits. There is a superb length on the palate, with notes of liquorice and chocolate.
