Of the many Colins in Burgundy, Domaine Marc Colin is perhaps the most famous. This Saint-Aubin estate asserted its reputation thanks to its high-flying whites. The winery has an impressive collection of terroirs in Chassagne, Puligny and several works of the mythical Montrachet. It is now his children, Caroline and Damien, who are at the head of the estate but they remain loyal to the property's identity. To make this Saint-Aubin premier cru, the domain opted for harvests carried out by hand as well as maturation in oak barrels.
