Having acquired a real reputation with the wines from his trade, since 2006, with the help of his son, Dominique Laurent has also created a small producer-farming establishment from vineyards leased to a winemaker of Vosne-Romanée. He does not deal with vinification but élevage and bottling. Nevertheless, he supervises vinification. The father and son like to work grape musts that have not been destemmed and to mature their wines without sulphur. They use new barrels, the signature of the maison. Dominique Laurent's entire range of wines is characterised by a high degree of purity and to be accessible to all ages. This recipe has proved its worth to fans all over the world.

The fairly clear appearance of this Chambolle-Musigny is an indication of great refinement, both in the mouth and on the nose. Its complex bouquet produces notes of red berries, undergrowth and earth. It can be enjoyed for its balance and ability to age, affording it the perfect degree of complexity for pairings with small game.
