The Muzard brothers, Claude and Hervé, have combined their plots and created this domaine in the name of their deceased father. They complement their supplies by purchasing carefully selected grapes. The domaine covers 15 hectares in the Côte de Beaune mainly in the villages of Santenay and Meursault.

This Meursault is carefully produced, with no added yeasts, by slow pressing and fermentation in Burgundy barrels. Maturing on fine lees lasts for one year, then the wine is bottled ... with a mere 5,000 examples being produced. The quantity is limited to ensure the quality is worthy of one of Meursault's great names.
