Jean-François Germain forges the long tradition that precedes him with fervour and passion. His father Henri was modest, but he made a name for himself in Meursault thanks to his perseverance and exemplary work. The family owns 8 hectares of vines, making the wines especially coveted. It is recommended to leave them to age for some years due to their style. Produced in the pure tradition of the region, these wines can be somewhat austere in their youth, but they open up after a few years, revealing all the secretes of the Côtes de Beaune's finest Chardonnay.
Renowned for its beautiful cellaring wines of a deep and delicate nature, the domain here produces a superb Meursault premier cru. With a lovely pale golden hue, it unveils a dynamic aromatic bouquet. Hints of fresh hay, white fruits and hazelnut announce a supple, round and lasting palate. Perfect harmony!
