Tenuta: Uitvlugt

Costruita alla fine del 18° secolo, la distilleria Uitvlugt si trovava sulla riva occidentale del fiume Demerara, vicino alla città omonima fondata dai coloni olandesi nel 1752. Nazionalizzata nel 1979 come tutte le distillerie del paese, faceva parte di Demerara Distillers Ltd. fino alla chiusura avvenuta nel 1999. Molte distillazioni venivano effettuate in una colonna Savalle ma Uitvlugt adoperava anche l'alambicco Coffey e l'alambicco singolo in legno Versailles dopo la chiusura di Enmore nel 1994, così come un double pot still, sempre in legno, che si trova ora a Port Mourant. Dopo la chiusura, tutte le attrezzature sono state trasferite a Diamond, l'ultima distilleria del paese ancora in funzione.
