¿Por qué escoger este vino?

Produced from special vines from Château Léoville Las Cases, this wine, already sublime in its youth, is even more supple and easily accessible than its elder sibling.

Más información

The Clos du Marquis is more than just the second wine of Château Léoville Las Cases. Usually made from the vines in the Petit Clos and the plots outside the Grand Enclos (the area of vines that produce Léoville's grand vin), it is a match for many of the Médoc's finest wines. The grapes are grown and vinified with the same care as the grand vin, and the resulting wine has a wonderful distinguished elegance. The tannic structure needs a few years to age before the flavours reach their full expression.

Lo que opinan los expertos...

The 2025 Clos du Marquis is a serious wine that will reward patience. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of dark berries, crème de cassis, violets and burning embers, it's medium- to full-bodied, deep and layered, with bright acids and a chassis of ripe, powdery but abundant tannins. The blend this year is 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc. Wine Advocate

73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc
