Más informaciónThis cuvée ferments for six months with native yeast then aged in barrels for 26 months on fine lees. Its nose is rather discreet, with fruity (apricot, citrus) and floral (linden) aromas, embellished with notes of almonds. On the palate it is fruity and fresh, with fine rich, citrus flavours, jasmine and fresh grass. The long finish gives it a nice bitterness with hints of toasted almond.
