La «cuvée»
A blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache and Syrah aged in small foudres, this cuvée is blessed with very enticing aging potential. It has a precise and clean nose with fruity aromas and notes of coffee and chocolate. On the palate we find a fine juice, extensive and fruity. Open the bottle one hour before serving with duck aiguillettes and girolle mushrooms.

★ Bodega asociadaThe spearhead of the Languedoc wine revolution, Mas Jullien was created by Olivier Jullien in 1985. Located in Joncquières, to the north of Montpellier, the domain covers 18 hectares. By studying his soils carefully and using native grape varieties, Olivier Jullien has elevated his domain to the highest levels of excellence, producing refined, subtle, perfectly-balanced wines. The vineyard is cultivated in an environmentally friendly way, and was even organically certified for a while. Olivier Jullien produces superb wines which are acknowledged and sought out by connoisseurs and professionals alike. Thanks to his work, the domain is now clearly at the very peak of the appellation.
