Presentación del lote

Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Ursules Monopole Héritiers Louis Jadot (Domaine des) - Louis Jadot 1981

La «cuvée»

Vinified in open vats then matured for 18 months in oak barrels, this cuvée has a delicate and subtle nose. It is refined and balanced on the palate, with a long finish. The ideal pairing for white meats.

Based in Beaune, it combines historic stature with remarkable vitality, continuing to attract leading figures of the wine world to shape and interpret its many terroirs. Now owned by an American family, the wines are crafted under the assured direction of Frédéric Barnier, who safeguards the house’s hallmark precision and consistency. These unwavering standards are what sets Maison Jadot apart in Burgundy. With 225 hectares under vine and representation across 130 appellations, not only in the Côte d’Or but also in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais, wine lovers can expect genuine pleasure at every price level, always easily identifiable by the iconic Bacchus head on the label. The estate favours traditional winemaking methods, with slow fermentations and extended ageing. Chemical herbicides are prohibited and yields are strictly limited. A house where scale never eclipses identity, and tradition continues to shape every bottle.
