La bodega Michel Bouzereau et Fils
★ Bodega asociadaIn 1999, Jean-Baptiste officially took over Domaine Michel Bouzereau, proudly adding ‘et fils' to the estate name. This producer inherited a well-established family history, since the Bouzereaus have been making wine in Meursault for 7 generations. Observant and attentive, Jean-Baptiste spends most of his time in the vineyard, carefully watching the vines and working on the soil, convinced as he is that healthy fruit is the key to fine wine. The vines are grown sustainably with a philosophy moving towards organics. In 2008, he finished working on his new winery, giving him much more space to take care of each of his cuvées individually and adapt to their rhythm. The wines all come from parcels in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune, Pommard and Volnay, each of them increasingly appreciated for their elegance and finesse. Each of them respect the specificity of terroir and vintage.
