Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes Rapet Père & Fils 2022

This fine Burgundy wine was created from Chardonnay vines nestling at the heart of the commune of Pernand-Vergelesses. The vines were planted in the early 2000s on ideally exposed steep, south-west facing slopes. Once the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are hand-picked and transported to the winery in small crates to avoid damage. The whole grapes are then slowly pressed for two hours.
