★ Bodega asociadaFounded in Villié Morgon four generations ago, the Thévenet family domain is managed by Jean-Paul Thévenet. His son, Charly Thévenet, has created a wine in dedication to him, baptised Grain & Granit. Behind these family estate vines are organic farming methods . The vinification is a simple process where the wines are neither filtered nor clarified. Jean-Paul Thévenet joins the likes of winemakers Marcel Lapierre and Jean Foillard who have been instrumental in giving Beaujolais wines a new name in the natural wine scene. The wines he produces are elegant, juicy and show good capacity for ageing.
