Más informaciónA stunning blend of biodynamic Vermentino and Chenin, this white is produced from a poor, stony, clay-limestone soil. During vinification, fermentation is done in stainless steel vats and élevage lasts 36 months, of which 12 in French oak barrels. Alain Chabanon also produces a wonderfully French and unctuous white wine with notes of fresh fruits, quince, citrus fruits and honeysuckle.

★ Bodega asociadaAfter studying enology, Alain Chabanon settled in Montpeyroux at the end of the 1980s. The vineyard is now spread over about 20 hectares of vines which lie on the communes of Jonquières, St André, Lagamas, St Saturnin and Montpeyroux. The domain has been certified organic since 1992 and biodynamic since 2010. Alain Chabanon produces fine, original wines, with extraordinary aging potential. This domain is one of the jewels of the appellation.
