Rosellón | añada 2023
Weather conditions
A severe drought marked the year, with delayed budding due to low water reserves. Summer storms in July and August helped moderate ripening and preserve vine health.
High-altitude vineyards benefited from cool nights, while coastal vineyards gained freshness from maritime influence.
Harvest
Harvests were brought forward by August heat, requiring careful timing to avoid over-ripening.
Profile of the wine
Reds are rich and balanced, whites expressive, and rosés luminous, all reflecting the region’s sunny and maritime character. The wines combine power, elegance, and aromatic complexity.
