Sobre la bodega
Domaine Patrick Javillier extends over 10 hectares in the Côte de Beaune. Originally from a family of wine growers in Meursault, Patrick Javillier studied enology before following in his father’s footsteps. Since 2008, he has been making wine with his daughter Marion. His wines present a rather classic style, but considerable elegance and good aging potential.
Sobre la «cuvée»
Located in the heights of the appellation, it takes its name from the lime trees that surround the vineyard. The terroir of chalky soil is exposed to the south and south-east. After the harvest, carried out by hand, the wine is matured in oak barrels. The dense, fruity nose reveals a round and floral palate with a lightly spiced and fresh underscore. A wine to enjoy within ten years.
