Sobre la bodega
One could almost say that champagne runs through the Cattier family's veins. The family founded the house in 1916, under Jean Cattier's impetus who was forced to return home after being injured during WW1. Having failed to find anyone to buy his grapes, he decided to vinify them himself. Since then, the domain has grown, spanning 33 hectares of primarily premier cru parcels. His grandchildren Agathe Charles, Marie Cattier, Jean-Jacques Cattier and Alexandre Cattier now run the domain, continuing the same brilliant work.
Sobre la «cuvée»
Appreciate the finesse, elegance and freshness of this champagne brut. Notes of yellow fruit, citrus fruit and dried flowers herald a palate with the same flavours with fine and delicate bubbles.
