Auchroisk (anche nota come Singleton of Auchroisk) è una distilleria dello Speyside fondata nel 1972 dal gruppo Justerini & Brooks per soddisfare la crescente domanda di blended whisky. Oggi di proprietà del gruppo Diageo, è stata una pioniera della doppia maturazione, anche se non le è mai stato riconosciuto.
