Once vinified, this cuvée shows itself to be loyal to the Viognier varietal’s aromatic reputation. It gives of intense, floral notes of violet, jasmine, and honeysuckle, as well as hints of fleshy fruit like apricot and peach, alongside a touch of citrus. Flavourful on the palate, it has a mellow texture and a fruity persistence. This profile invites pairings with dishes like goats’ cheese or a salmon and asparagus gratin.
