Château Moulinet Lasserre 1990
The wine
Jean-Marie Garde, the property’s current owner, opts for hand-picked harvests, vinifications in thermoregulated vats and an 18-month elevage in oak barriques. After a few years in the cellar this wine reveals great delicacy and a nose back up by complex tertiary aromas.
