This Puligny-Montrachet premier cru is characterised by its seductive nose, with citrus and flower aromas and slight buttery hazelnut notes. The palate has excellent volume, concentration and freshness. It is very well balanced and has a long finish.
About the Producer François Carillon
The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.
