About the producer

In Martinique, the term “habitation” refers to a farming estate and its plantations, as well as the house and its operating buildings. Located in the middle of its sugarcane plantations, Habitation Clément has, since 1887, produced Rhum Clement according to the traditions and rules inherited from its founders, Homère and Charles Clement. This prestigious rhum agricole distilled from pure cane juice is produced in strict accordance with the protected designation of origin “Rhum Agricole Martinique”.

About the wine

A decanter from the year 2000 containing a blend of old Clément rums distilled in the 80s and 90s. Some of these are the last vintages produced in Homère Clément’’s original distillery founded in 1887 before the stills were moved to the Le Simon distillery in 1989.
