This Riesling is produced in tiny quantities, grown on a grand cru terroir that is rich in granite and south facing. It offers up an aromatic bouquet that is at once subtle and delicate, with touches of white flowers, minerality and candied lemon. Its tension lends great length to the wine and promises excellent pairings with salty seafoods.
