About the wine
Saint-Aubin are amongst the great white Burgundy wines. When they reach their peak, their quality equals that of Puligny-Montrachet. On the nose, they offer aromas of almond and beeswax. With some bottle age, aromas evolve into cinnamon and pepper. Finesse and elegance are the watchwords for these wines.
