About the producer

Domaine Jean Boillot is now headed by Henri Boillot, Jean-Marc’s brother. It is based in Volnay, and produces about 70,000 bottles per year over fourteen hectares. Its white wines are of a remarkable purity and delicacy. The red wines have body, perfume and reflect as closely as possible their respective terroirs, since the start of 2010 in particular. Interestingly, Henri Boillot also owns a small trading house under his own name

About the wine

Jean Boillot's Beaune Premier Cru Epenottes is a wine with very attractive forest aromas and a beautifully balanced finish.
