Information
About the producer

Lamothe Guignard owes its origins to the division of Château Lamothe in 1981, and was ranked a deuxième cru classé in 1855. Since the 2000s, it has been producing fine Sauternes boasting higher levels of syrup.

About the wine

This wine, which is still under-rated despite very good results, boasts a deep old gold colour. Its is wonderfully syrupy, concentrated, rich and spicy. Of medium complexity on the palate, it is supple and smooth with an intense candied fruit nose
