Más informaciónThis Viré-Clessé is produced from fifty-year-old Chardonnay vines grown in soils of clay, limestone and white marl. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way using native yeasts, and the wine is matured for nearly 20 months in oak foudre tuns. This particularly mineral wine has a creamy, generous appearance. It will easily keep for about ten years. It will also benefit from a spell in your cellar before drinking.
