Más informaciónPajana's Barolo comes from the Ginestra vineyard, with its south-facing vines planted in the 1960s. This cuvée is characterised by its great concentration and power, fruitiness, tight but mellow tannins, and marvellous length. This wine is a good accompaniment for beef and similar meats, lamb and small feathered game.
The Clerico domaine located in Monforte d'Alba, is one of the most highly reputed in the Barolo wine region. Domenico Clerico took over the reins from his father in 1976 and oversaw the expansion of the domaine with the acquisition of some very fine parcels. The vineyard now spans 21 hectares and produces wines which are very popular worldwide.
