The Chardonnay in this cuvée are cultivated on a plot planted in 2016 on a hill to the south of the village of Fuissé. The clay-limestone earth slopes slightly to the east, with a small layer of clay of about 15 to 20cm above a layer of pebbles which is directly atop the limestone bedrock. The 250 square metres of vines are bordered by large trees and thus protected from the wind. They enjoy warm summer weather and cooled by the shade of the trees, perfect for optimal ripening. The organic grapes are harvested by hand and immediately pressed. The juice ferments in tanks and used barrels, and then ages on lees for around 12 months. The wine is bottled in the autumn of the following year, without fining or filtering.
Bourgogne du Sud displays a bright gold colour with aromas of peach, almond milk and fresh cream, tied together with a hint of oak. The mouthfeel is abundant, with a lovely freshness up to the final notes.

Dieses historische Weingut in Pouilly-Fuissé wurde zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts von Abbé Glaneur gegründet. Die letzte Ernte auf diesem von Bettane+Dessauve als „Rohdiamant des Mâconnais“ bezeichneten Weingut brachten die Besitzer, Claire und Fabio Gazeau-Montrasi, im Jahr 2019 ein. Beide sind Architekten, die ihren Beruf zugunsten ihrer Leidenschaft aufgegeben haben. Die insgesamt 6,5 Hektar Rebfläche erstrecken sich über drei Parzellen, von denen sich zwei auf dem Schlossgelände befinden. Seit 2005 wird nur noch biologisch angebaut. Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet. Die lange Reifung der Pouilly-Fuissé-Weine verleiht ihnen einen sehr gut integrierten holzigen Geschmack. Zögern Sie nicht, die besten Weine einige Jahre im Keller zu lagern. Das Weingut bietet im Wesentlichen Chardonnay an, aber nicht ausschließlich! Außerdem wurde ein Gamay aus Reben in Saint-Amour in die Weinproduktion einbezogen, der zu den Must-Haves der Appellation gehört. Diese Domaine produziert auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und die gesamte Palette stellt eine feste Größe in der Weinwelt dar.
