More infoThe Chardonnay in this cuvée is cultivated in the heart of the grand cru terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is vinified in 10-year-old barriques (228 litre) and matured on the lees, with regular bâtonnage, for ten months. Malolactic fermentation is avoided and the wine is bottle-aged on the lees for between six and eight years. The result is a full, generous and wonderfully persistent wine with a subtle creamy quality and brimming with exotic fruit notes.
