The wine
A delicate, fragrant, fresh and energetic from Burgundian producer par excellence Bruno Clair. It stands out from other wines in the region thanks to its high proportion of Pinot Blanc (20%). Both the Pinot and Chardonnay grow on limestone slopes covered in a thin layer of marl. The vineyard is currently converting to organics. The wine is vinified in new casks (20%) and stainless-steel vats. The élevage takes place in oak barrels for 16 to 22 months. Open the wine a short while before serving.
