The wine comes from clay-chalk soil and the Pinot Noir it is made up of benefits from exposure to the south, ensuring a temperate and bright climate. After a sulphur-free, natural vinification, the wine has developed a powerful and sunny profile. Its fruity and floral bouquet is completed by hints of violet, sandalwood and musk. Its deep, tannic structure promises superb pairings with characterful dishes.
