About the Producer Gavin Crisfield
Originally from Belfast in Ireland, sommelier and oenologist Gavin Crisfield is an emblematic figure in the Languedoc vineyards… and in their revival! Having settled a number of years ago in the Terrasses du Larzac (an AOP created in 2014), he cultivates 4 hectares of vines on varied soils of schist, basalt, sandstone and limestone. His wines are sought after for their great refinement, depth and pared-back character. Fantastic work… especially in the South of France!
