This Beaujolais cru charms us with its beautiful red ruby hue, its elegant nose of red and black fruit and its soft and silky tannins. To produce it, the domain chose to refine its parcel selection by fermentation in 600 litre, stainless-steel vats. The wine is then aged for 10 months in old oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit and refine the tannins.
