A very fine biodynamic, natural Savagnin that should be cellared for a few years to improve with age, then paired with gourmet dishes.

Arbois Pupillin Savagnin Adeline Houillon & Renaud Bruyère 2014
The wine
Made from Savagnin (a native grape variety par excellence) and grown following biodynamic principles and vinified in the most natural way, this wine expresses beautiful notes of citrus and white flowers. These same notes abound on the palate and we are charmed by its fine balance and its tension which gives it a lingering finish. This is a very fine wine which should be allowed to rest (and improve) for a few years in the cellar before being paired with gastro dishes.
About the Producer Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon
Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère created their domain in 2011 with 75 hundred square metres of vines close to Arbois. The vineyard has since expanded and now spans 5 hectares. They grow local varieties such as Savagnin, Trousseau and Chardonnay following biodynamic principles and vinify them as naturally as possible. They strive to find the perfect balance between terroir, vintage and grape variety.
