Bordeaux | 1934 vintage
At last a long-awaited hot summer. A year in which quality and quantity were at their peak. Most of the red wines are concentrated, full, flavoursome, highly-complex and very tannic. The Libourne wines surpassed themselves: Château Cheval Blanc is a marvellous combination of richness and mellowness. Thanks to exceptional conditions, the sweet wines were at their very best. Suave, rich and perfectly balanced, they have a very long cellaring capacity.
