Domain: Famille Estève

The Estève family owns a 45-hectare estate in Petite Champagne, Celles (Charente-Maritime) planted with Ugni Blanc. The house’s cognacs are mainly composed of old and very old eaux de vie. It made a name for itself at the Paris Exposition Universelle in 1900 when it was awarded a gold medal. It nonetheless remained a niche producer, with most of its cognac being sold to larger houses like Hennessy and Rémy Martin.
