About the wine
This Fleurie is made from the domain’s oldest vines (aged between 70 and 100 years old), which grow in granite soil. Yields are small but the white-juiced Gamay Noir fruit is concentrated; harvests are manual and the fruit subjected to scrupulous sorting. Maturation is in vats and barrels and lasts between six months and one year. The resulting wine is delicate and intense, perfect for drinking when young. A ruby-coloured robe announces fresh fruit and floral aromas, notably of violet
