About the wine
Consisting of an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this champagne is famed for the perfection of its blend. Produced in fairly small quantities, this cuvée has been aged in the cellar for fifteen years before disgorgement. Inevitably, there is a seductive intensity and complexity to its aromatic notes. Delicious both now and after a number of years of keeping, it will make a great pairing with fine foods.
