Information
Jérôme Bretaudeau acquired 9 hectares of vines in Gétigné in the early 2000s. After a few more purchases, his estate totalled 10 hectares of organically cultivated vines by 2005. This is a leading light of the appellation and a sound investment.
Billes de Quartz is blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and made according to the traditional method (aka the champagne method). It stands out for its delicately pink-tinged colour and vibrant texture. Little red berry and peach notes give it plenty of character.
