Information
The Château Cadet-Bon owes its name to the village called Cadet near Saint-Emilion. It is a coast at the north of the appellation which has the reputation of producing colourful and structured wines. Stéphane Derenencourt advises the property.
It reveals a very fruity bouquet, with aromas of Morello cherries and wood. You can also feel liquorice aromas, like many Saint-Emilion wines. Rich on the palate, it develops flavours of fruit and vanilla. Very consistent in quality, this wine has a good potential to improve with age.
