A very fine creation from a small family estate recommended by Michel Rolland. An exciting comparison with Bordeaux wines...!

Napa Valley Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon 1993
The wine
The Cabernet Sauvignon reveals excellent structure, fruitiness and silky tannins. It is dark in visual appearance, exuding smoky notes of black berries. It deserves to be kept for a few years in the cellar before being savoured at its peak.
