Saint-Joseph Pierre Gaillard serve at a temperature of 16°C.
If we don’t see much of the Saint Joseph appellation any more, it’s because it’s becoming harder to procure at a decent price. This is what Pierre Gaillard, a great winemaker of Côtes Rôties and Saint Joseph has ascertained. With this cuvée, he presents a wine that is made to be aged thanks to a long maceration and an 18-month maturation in French, oak barrels.

With a great cellaring potential, the fruit of this Saint-Joseph is delightfully intense.
