Flowering was disrupted by the cold weather in June and as a result the harvest was considerably reduced by coulure and millerandage. A sunny and dry autumn resulted in sound and perfectly ripe grapes which were harvested under the best possible conditions. All of the wines of Burgundy produced wines that have the characteristics of a great year with a long cellaring capacity.
