The favourable atmospheric conditions at the of the season brought with it the promise of a very good harvest, in quantity and quality. But unstable weather during the summer somewhat jeopardised these hopes. The red wines are of varying degrees of quality. Some of these are perfect while others are not quite so complete, nevertheless they are all fine, straightforward wines. However, this was a very good vintage for white wines.
