Vintage description 1973 Burgundy

The hot and dry summer was conducive to ripening and a sound and abundant harvest. The wines are supple, pleasing and already highly developed. The red wines distinguish themselves with their elegance, finesse and aromas. The white wines, particularly their bouquet, have the characteristics of a great year.
